Shipping and Assembly

The SHIPS FREE within the continental United States with no sale tax.
(In VT, NH, NY, MA, RI, CT, PA, NJ, MD, DE, DC, OH, IN, WV, VA, KY, TN, NC, SC, GA, FL we deliver the furniture with the help of our partners)

Delivery Service

Most orders usually ship within 2 to 5 business days after payment and address verification are received. But some products have longer lead times of 1-3 weeks. In such cases, our customer service department will keep you updated on the order status.



Delivery Service within 20 miles from our store

We offer professional delivery and installation services at a low delivery fee which includes handling and installation of the merchandise at customers home.


1) For the customers of all states, except for NYC and parts of NJ, CT, PA, a curbside delivery (Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway). This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

•    Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.
•    Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
•    The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
•    Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver.
•    Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt.
•    A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete delivery) with Flat rate shipping $50-$200 is offered.

2) We also offer Furniture Assembly Service if the shipping address is located within 20 miles of our store. Terms and pricing of Furniture Assembly are agreed over the phone.

Also, we ask customers to inform us in advance if there are any difficulties in delivering the furniture to your apartment, for example narrow corridor, small elevator or the furniture needs to be carried for long distance: additional handling charges may be applied. Commonly we add charges only for the flights of stairs in multi-storey buildings with no elevator.

3) The delivery may take from 2 up to 5 business days on availability.
For local deliveries in New York and New Jersey we use our own trucks that make the delivery faster and cheaper.
Delivery takes from 2 to 5 days from the date when the status of your order is "Processing"

4) Your order will be delivered via one of the following shipping companies: UPS Ground, UPS Freight, FedEx, USPS or other Common Carriers.

5) Shipping addresses in New York State are charged 8.875% tax, for all other states no sale tax.

6) Shipping in the continental USA except Hawaii and Alaska (add $199 to the cost of the ordered item)


Exchange Policy

You have 10 days to return the item to in new condition and original packaging, if you are not 100% satisfied with your item. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) less a 20% re-stocking fee. Your credit will be processed within 1 week. We also will not charge a fee on canceled orders that have not been processed! We normally process all orders within 24 hrs.

If an item is found defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. So it is important that you inspect the furniture for damages upon delivery. If the damage is found after the delivery service leaves, we can still repair or replace that item but we will charge you for the delivery service.

Mattresses that have never been removed from original bag can be returned up to 7 days after date of delivery. We have a 20% restocking fee that will apply for any new returned mattress. Mattresses are not returnable once removed from plastic bag.

Special Order products are subject to a 50% charge.

We cannot be held responsible if your order does not fit into your home. You cannot refuse or return your order for this reason. We cannot be responsible for the furniture damage, floors or walls damage, if it is difficult to maneuver a piece of furniture in narrow halls, doorways, stairwells, etc due to arrangements of your home. If you have purchased from us a special assembly package, all the furniture must be inspected immediately upon assembly completion for damage! Only at this time can a damage claim be filed.

It is solely the responsibility of the customer to transport returned merchandise to the store. We can arrange a delivery service to pickup merchandise that needs to be returned or exchanged for an additional fee which is paid directly to the delivery service.
